This MATERIALLY COOKIE POLICY (this “Cookie Policy”) explains how Materially LLC (“Materially”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Materially website and applications (the “Services”). It supplements, and should be read together with, the Materially Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy or the Materially Terms of Service.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website; similar technologies include pixels, tags, software development kits, and local storage. We use both first-party technologies (set by Materially) and third-party technologies (set by our providers). Some are strictly necessary for the Services to function, while others are used only with your consent for analytics or advertising.
Materially presents a cookie banner and a preference center that is set to deny non-essential cookies by default. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Services cannot function without them; analytics technologies load only after you grant analytics consent; and advertising technologies load only after you grant marketing consent. You may change your choices at any time through the preference center, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC); where GPC is detected, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising-related sharing and suppress the corresponding advertising technologies. Blocking some cookies may limit functionality.
When you grant marketing consent (and GPC is not signaling an opt-out), our Google Ads conversion-tracking and remarketing technologies share online identifiers, device information, and usage data with Google for advertising and measurement, including cross-context behavioral advertising. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. You can opt out at any time through the preference center or by enabling GPC. We do not use any session-replay technologies.
The following table describes the categories of cookies and similar technologies used on the Services. Specific cookie names and durations may change as providers update their products; this table will be updated accordingly.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting; because there is no common industry standard for responding to it, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control as described above.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time by posting the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or through the Services.
